Stickers

Are your stickers waterproof?
Unless otherwise specified, all of my stickers are water-resistant, meaning they will hold up well during rain, car washes, and gentle handwashing. However, it is not recommended for dishwashers, which is why I cannot claim that they are waterproof.
Are your stickers UV fade resistant?
Since I make my own stickers in house, I cannot guarantee UV fade resistance. Extended exposure to sun and outdoor elements can decrease durability.
Do you do custom sticker orders?
I do! Price will vary depending on time and materials spent. All I require is photos for reference, then size and color preference. Turnaround time for custom orders will take about 2-5 business days. Custom single stickers start at $6+.
Do you do large quantity or wholesale orders?
Yes! I would love to! Prices will vary, but a discount is applied to larger quantity orders as opposed to purchasing individually at full price. Please message me on Etsy or email me at [email protected]. Turnaround time for larger orders will take about 4-7 business days.

What is your average turnaround time?
Current dispatch time is 2-4 business days after you complete your purchase.
I just ordered. Why haven’t you shipped it yet?
I’d like to kindly remind you that I am a small business and not Amazon. As much as I’d love to get your order out to you as quickly as humanly possible, it’s unrealistic from a small business perspective. Please review the turnaround times that are listed in the description of each listing.
Tracking says delivered. I don’t see it! What do I do?
Tracking is provided with every order. However, because I go through Etsy’s third-party shipping for USPS, it can sometimes be unreliable and it is exclusively updated on Etsy only. (I don’t have a choice for less cost postage with tracking since they offer it at an affordable and discounted price.) I have seen a pattern where USPS marks the parcel as delivered however, they did not physically deliver it. It often shows up 2-3 days later. So in the rare case that this situation occurs, I ask that you wait a few more days before reaching out for a resolution.
I haven’t received my order. What do I do?
It’s so frustrating to hear that you didn’t receive it yet. If more than 5-7 business days have passed and your parcel has still not shown up, please message me so we can figure out what happened!
My order is incorrect! What do I do?”
I take 100% responsibility for that. Send me a message so I can make it right for you. Please understand that I am a one person show and while I strive for perfection and accuracy, mistakes can happen.
Do you ship internationally?
I ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Unfortunately, I do have to charge shipping for international orders. I unable to offer free shipping to those orders at this time.
Do you have upgraded shipping?
Yes, upgraded shipping will cost more, but is available upon checkout.
I placed an order, but changed my mind. Can I cancel?
With how quickly orders are processed, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
I received my order, and I’m not satisfied. What can I do?
It truly makes me sad that you didn’t like it, and I understand that not everyone will like my products… but before leaving a bad review, please reach out so we can find a resolution.
